Complex treatments where teeth have to be extracted, replaced, restored are usually extremely time consuming and require a multitude of appointments.
The anxiety factor involved is often very high. We are specialized in resolving these cases perfectly in a short time due to our experience, our in house dental master laboratory and the collaboration with our experienced anesthetists www.somnicum.com. Of course a detailed consultation and exact diagnosis are required for a successfull treatment.

At the first consultation appointment we assess your dental needs, we discuss your wishes, explain alternatives and prepare an individual estimate. You can also have a consultation with one of our anesthesiologists at this time. We have an operating room in our office, a beautiful recovery room and - as we think - the best anesthesiologists in town.

Depending on your individual needs you will need two or three appointments:

1. Pretreatment
At this appointment all necessary extractions, root canal treatments, caries removal and periodondal treatment will be accomplished, temporary restorations will be placed, if necessary.

2. Treatment for Inlays, Crowns, or tooth replacement
At this appointment we will place Implants and/or prepare teeth for crowns inlays and bridges, take impressions for the dental laboratory and fabricate temporary restorations.

3. Completion of treatment
The restaurations are placed.

Of course you may not need or wish to be treated under general anesthesia each time. Depending on your wishes, a part of the treatment steps can be accomplished in conscious sedation, or without any medical help at all.
Healing needs time – complex cases with large dental needs can not be accomplished successfully in one week, becuse extraction wounds have to heal and inflamed gums have to regenerate. Complex cases can however be resolved in a minimal amount of time and stress.

Costs
General anesthesia is a facultative service billed by the anesthesiologists themselves. Patients who are privately insured will receive a liquidation according to the rules of the GOÄ, the german regulation of consultation fees.

For those who will not be reimboursed by an insurance, we offer a simple and transparent fixed-price concept:
Basic fee up to an hour: € 350,-
Additional 30 minutes will add € 50,- each

Conscious sedation is available for only € 60,- / session
